Introduction – Business Transaction and Copyright Compliance

Between 2023 and 2026, SPinturaArt executed a full branding and web project for client Nilesh Gaikwad (Green Shadow). The work included logo design, web design, domain setup, hosting, e‑commerce development, plant photo‑shoots, and branding materials. Despite delivery, no payment was made.

Invoices were shared multiple times, with a final deadline of 1 August 2026, extended at the client’s request to 15 August 2026. Payment was still not received. As a result, all rights were formally revoked on 15 August 2026, and SPinturaArt has taken over the project.

Ownership Statement – SPinturaArt Rights

I, Swapnil Jagtap, Founder of SPinturaArt, am the sole creator and copyright owner of the Green Shadow logo and all related project assets.

• Copyright law states ownership remains with the designer until full payment and rights transfer are completed.

• Since payment was not received, SPinturaArt continues to hold exclusive rights.

• Any use of these assets by Nilesh Gaikwad or Green Shadow is unauthorized and constitutes fraudulent usage and infringement.

Rights Revoked – August 2026 Enforcement Notice

From 15 August 2026, there is no claim, license, or permission for Green Shadow to use these assets in any capacity, including:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Websites, blogs, or digital portfolios

• Investor presentations or pitch decks

• Personal branding or marketing material

This revocation ensures SPinturaArt’s intellectual property remains protected and cannot be misused.

Evidence & Documentation – Business Transparency

SPinturaArt maintains complete records of this project, including:

• Original design files (vector exports, AI source files) securely stored.

• Invoices issued in 2023–2026, which remain unpaid.

• Screenshots of fraudulent usage on Instagram and the Green Shadow website.

These documents provide verifiable proof of authorship and ownership, reinforcing SPinturaArt’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

This project is showcased only as proof of authorship and ownership by SPinturaArt. It is not a client endorsement. Any continued use of Green Shadow assets will be treated as copyright infringement and may be subject to:

• DMCA takedown requests on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
