Introduction – Copyright Compliance

In 2024, SPinturaArt was commissioned by Akshay Borate of Uttam Hedge Fund (UHF) to design a professional logo. The design was completed and preview files were shared. Payment was not made despite repeated invoices, and therefore no rights were transferred. On 15 August 2026, all rights were formally revoked.

Ownership Statement

I, Swapnil Jagtap, Founder & CEO of SPinturaArt, am the sole creator and copyright owner.

• Copyright law establishes that ownership remains with the designer until full payment and transfer.
• Since payment was not received, SPinturaArt retains exclusive rights.
• Any use of this logo by UHF or Akshay Borate is unauthorized and constitutes infringement.

Rights Revoked – Enforcement Notice

Effective 15 August 2026, all rights to this logo were revoked. No claim, license, or permission exists for use in:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Websites, blogs, or portfolios (including uttamhedgefund.com)
• Investor presentations or pitch decks
• Personal branding or marketing material

Evidence & Documentation

SPinturaArt maintains complete records:

• Original design source files (AI, PSD, vector exports) securely stored and never delivered beyond previews
• Invoices issued in 2024, 2025, and 2026 — unpaid
• Screenshots of unauthorized usage on Instagram and the official UHF website
• Note: The profile photo used by UHF also contains copyrighted work owned by SPinturaArt

This publication is issued strictly for copyright compliance. It is not a personal statement or attack. Actions taken — revoking rights, documenting evidence, and filing DMCA takedowns — are consistent with international copyright standards and Indian intellectual property law.
