In 2024, SPinturaArt was commissioned by Akshay Borate of Uttam Hedge Fund (UHF), Uruli Kanchan, Pune MH India to design a professional logo. The design was completed and delivered. However, the business transaction never occurred — payment was not made.

As a result, the commercial usage rights were never transferred. On 15 August 2026, all rights were formally revoked. This blog documents the case as a matter of business transparency and copyright enforcement, ensuring clarity for clients, partners, and the creative community.

Ownership Statement – SPinturaArt Rights

I, Swapnil Jagtap, Founder of SPinturaArt, am the sole creator and copyright owner.

• Copyright law states that ownership remains with the designer until full payment and rights transfer are completed.

• Since payment was not received, SPinturaArt continues to hold exclusive rights to this work.

• Any use of this logo by Uttam Hedge Fund, Akshay Borate, or uttamhedgefund.com without authorization is considered fraudulent usage and infringement.

Rights Revoked – August 2026 Enforcement Notice

After repeated non‑payment and ignored invoices, all rights related to this logo were formally revoked on 15 August 2026. From this date forward, there is no claim, license, or permission to use the logo in any capacity — including:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Websites, blogs, or digital portfolios (including uttamhedgefund.com)

• Investor presentations or pitch decks

• Personal branding or marketing material

This revocation ensures that SPinturaArt’s intellectual property remains protected and cannot be misused.

Evidence & Documentation – Business Transparency

SPinturaArt maintains complete records of this project, including:

1. Original design files (vector exports, AI source files) securely stored.

2. Invoices issued in 2024, 2025, and 2026, which remain unpaid.

3. Screenshots of fraudulent usage on Instagram and uttam hedge fund offical website.

These documents provide verifiable proof of authorship and ownership, reinforcing SPinturaArt’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
